BUT WE FEEL WE’VE IMPROVED ON THAT EFFORT!  OUR MIC’S ARE PLACED TO NOT JUST GIVE YOU THE BEST SEAT, BUT A COMBINATION OF BEST SEATS ROLLED INTO ONE.  WE START WITH USING WHAT IS CALLED A DECCA TREE CONFIGURATION, ONLY WE ALSO INCORPORATE 'OUTRIGGER' MICROPHONES TO CREATE A LARGER PICTURE OF THE SOUND STAGE.  THEREFORE, THESE MIC’S PICK UP THE COMPLETE CRYSTAL CLEAR SOUND OF EACH INSTRUMENT.  NEXT, THE ‘SIZE AND FEEL’ OF THE ACOUSTICS OF THE VENUE ARE PICKED UP BY THE ‘JEKLIN DISC MIC’S’.  REKNOWN SWISS AUDIO ENGINEER JORG JECKLIN REALIZED THIS DESIGN CAUSES AN ‘ACOUSTIC SHADOW’ BETWEEN THE TWO MIC’S POSITIONED ON EACH SIDE OF THE DISC.  WE FLY THEM OUT IN THE SEATING AREA ABOUT 10 FEET ABOVE THE CROWD.  THEY PICK UP THE REFLECTED SOUND AND THE MATURED LOW FREQUENCY WAVES.  WE INCORPORATED BOTH FRONTAL & REAR MIKING TO CREATE (NORMALLY ONLY USING JUST 5 MICROPHONES) WHAT WE’VE COINED THE TERM ‘NATURAL 5.1 SURROUND’.
